Refund, Cancellation and Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellation 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of order time, and can't be cancelled in more than 24 Hours especially shoes since they are made to order and Handcrafted .

Shoe Size Changes

Sizes for shoe orders can be changed within 24 Hours of order time, and can't be changed in more than 24 Hours, since all shoes are made to order and Handcrafted .

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchased, we can process an exchange for them by 2 sizes. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Returns

Please note, items, especially shoes, are made to match the specific size and design of each customers order, thus we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. 

Our policy lasts 30 days after you have received your purchased item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at admin@theproudnation.com and we'll inform you of the details.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@theproudnation.com and send your item to: 26517 Danti Court Hayward California US 94545.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
